The main function which configures the avatar. This script will add the Body Movements script and a Rigidbody to the avatar. It will also add the VR Hand script and a Rigidbody to the hands of the avatar.

This function also replaces the former ‘Input Controller’ and ‘Walking’ functions.

Inspector Properties

Head Target Transform representing the neck position and rotation
Left Hand Target Transform representing the left hand position and rotation
Right Hand Target Transform representing the right hand position and rotation
Hip Target Transform representing the hip position and rotatation (rotation is not used at the moment)
Left Foot Target Transform representing the left foot position and rotation
Right Foot Target Transform representing the right foot position and rotation
Playground version 3.1 and up
material used to show the physical place and orientation to the player.
Debug Mode
Base Position The position of the avatar in world space during game play
Base Rotation The orientation of the avatar in world space during game play
Head Controller The selected head controller during game play
Left Hand Controller The selected left hand controller during game play
Right Hand Controller The selected right hand controller during game play
Hip Controller The selected hip controller during game play
Left Foot Controller The selected left foot controller during game play
Right Foot Controller The selected right foot controller during game play

Additional Script Variables

leftMovements the left hand Movements script (Read Only)
rightMovements the right hand Movements script (Read Only)
characterTransform the transform of the avatar (Read Only)
hit has the body of the avatar collided with a collider? (Read Only)
hitNormal the normal of the surface which has hit by the body (Read Only)
inputDirection requested direction of walking (Read Only)
